GoShine Mobile Detailing – Service Agreement

Thank you for booking with GoShine Mobile Detailing LLC.
This agreement explains our obligations to you (the “Client” or “Customer”) and your obligations to GoShine Mobile Detailing LLC (“GoShine”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms without modification.

GoShine Mobile Detailing is a professional, fully insured business committed to delivering high-quality results with care and accountability.

Access to Water & Electricity

For mobile appointments, we require access to water and electricity.
If you do not have access to either, please call us at (973) 901-6559 so we can discuss solutions.

Failure to provide access at the time of your appointment may result in an $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We detail rain or shine and are prepared for most weather conditions.

Due to the time reserved for your appointment, cancellations and reschedules affect our schedule significantly. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

The following applies to all appointments:

• 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Failure to provide access to the vehicle and keys at the scheduled time will be considered a cancellation.
• GoShine reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or staffing issues.
• Violations of the cancellation policy result in an $50 cancellation fee.
• Gift certificates follow the same policy and may be redeemed toward the fee if applicable.

Authorization to Operate Vehicle

You authorize GoShine technicians to access, start, and move your vehicle as necessary to perform services. Keys must be available at the time of the appointment.

Valuables & Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment. While we take care during service, we recommend securing valuables to avoid any risk.

Expected Results

Vehicle condition varies based on age, mileage, wear, and prior care.
While we strive to significantly improve the appearance and cleanliness of every vehicle, we do not guarantee restoration to new or like-new condition. We always aim to deliver the highest possible results safely and professionally.

Some stains, scratches, odors, and defects may be permanent or require advanced services such as paint correction or upholstery repair.

Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customer must accurately describe the condition of their vehicle when booking. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking.

Quality of Service & Satisfaction Window

We want you to be satisfied with our service.

A final walk-through inspection will be performed at the end of the appointment when possible. If you are unable to attend the inspection, you agree to notify us of any concerns within 24 hours of service completion so we can address them.

Concerns reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Accidental Damage

Vehicle surfaces and components may have pre-existing wear, damage, or conditions that are not always visible prior to service. GoShine cannot be held responsible for pre-existing issues, including but not limited to:

• Scratches, rock chips, dents, or paint defects
• Worn trim or loose components
• Failing clear coat or prior repairs
• Electrical or mechanical issues
• Stains or odors that cannot be safely removed

Detailing carries inherent risks when working with delicate or previously compromised surfaces. In the unlikely event that damage is directly caused by our service, it will be addressed in a fair and professional manner. Our goal is transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every service we provide.

Biohazard & Excessive Contamination

Vehicles containing excessive pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, vomit, heavy sand, or biohazards may require specialized cleaning and additional charges.

Additional Time / Excessive Dirt Fee

If a vehicle requires significantly more time than expected due to excessive dirt, pet hair, sand, mold, or heavy contamination, additional charges may apply.

We will always notify and receive approval before proceeding with additional charges.

Fees, Deposits & Payment Terms

The service fee is the agreed total price quoted for the appointment.

Payments and deposits are non-refundable once services are completed, due to reserved time and materials used.

Photos & Marketing

GoShine may take before and after photos of your vehicle for marketing and social media purposes. Personal information such as license plates or addresses will not be shown.

Termination of Service

GoShine reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if a client is abusive, unsafe, attempts to hire employees directly, or is otherwise not a good fit for our services.

Changes to Agreement

GoShine reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current terms.

By Booking You Agree That

• Payment is for the time and service performed, not a guaranteed specific outcome.
• Additional charges may apply for excessive contamination (with approval).
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• We operate with professionalism and care, and any concerns will be handled appropriately and fairly based on the situation.
